My Story

Nader Akhavan brings over 25 years of industry experience spanning some of the world’s leading technology companies—including Shell, VMware, Oracle/NetSuite, Hewlett Packard, and McAfee. At EVCharge Pro, he leads operations and enablement strategy, building the systems, training, and scalable processes that drive consistent growth and customer success.

Throughout his career, Nader has contributed across multiple technology domains including Networking, Security, Cloud Computing, Telco, Storage, and most recently, Green Energy and EV Charging. His most recent role at Shell Recharge Solutions (formerly Greenlots) placed him at the forefront of the EV charging industry, where he led Sales Enablement, Partner Training, and Channel Enablement efforts. Nader launched a new channel training program, streamlined onboarding, and delivered product and process playbooks that significantly boosted sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

He’s known for building award-winning enablement ecosystems, implementing modern LMS platforms, and developing high-impact training tools—from battlecards and RFP templates to discovery guides and win/loss analysis. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara, Nader lives in Irvine, California, and is fluent in English and Farsi. He is passionate about accelerating the global shift to clean transportation.
